2 metre ORP electrode Hanna HI3214P

Redox measurements are carried out by a chemical reaction that produces an electrical potential which is read by a special sensor called an electrode.

The electrodes are active elements of limited duration and must be periodically calibrated with known solutions (buffer solutions, in this case the Redox 460 mV solution is usually used). These electrodes are of the combined type (Measurement + Reference) and are classified according to their chemical and physical properties that make them suitable for multiple applications.
