Swimming pool filter Coral Alaska 600
The Coral Alaska filter is a high resistance polyester laminated filter.
It includes all the elements for a correct functioning of the filtration system. It incorporates a pressure gauge on the upper part and a matt black ABS cover with screws. In the lower part it has a drain plug.
It is supplied with a 6-way selector valve of 1" 1/2.

what is leakage?
Filtration is one of the most important tasks when cleaning and disinfecting our pool.
Within the filtration system, the most important element is the filter, as it is responsible for retaining the dirt particles in its filter bed, whether sand or glass, as the water circulates through it, to subsequently return the water to the pool crystal clear and suitable for swimming.
When selecting the ideal filter for our pool, several aspects must be taken into account, such as the size of the pool and the power of the pump that will accompany the filter.
In this way, we will be able to optimise the performance of our filtration system to the maximum and enjoy crystal clear water that is suitable for swimming.
Commissioning
Once the sand filter has been filled (see manual), proceed as follows:
1. Open the valves on the suction pipes leading to the pool (skimmer and drain).
2. Turn the selector valve to the RINSE position.
3. Switch on the pump for 5 minutes.
4. Stop the pump and switch the selector valve to the RINSE position.
5. Reconnect the pump for 1 minute.
6. Stop the pump and switch the selector valve to the FILTRATION position.
The filter is now ready for operation.
